Rockcliffe Works is an exciting development of 181 2, 3 & 4 bedroom townhouses and apartments alongside the Leeds and Liverpool canal.

Holts Developments have instructed JYM Partnership to create designs for the Rockcliffe works development. Close liaisons with local Authority have helped to ensure compliance with the local structure plan.

Overall the development proposal intends to create a series of high quality public and private open spaces, using quality materials to implement good design. The central open spaces and other key locations around the site will use a combination of natural stone, reclaimed stone setts and concrete flags amongst areas of grass, hedgerows and trees.

Although the proposed built development is modern in its general style, the arrangement is designed to give the historic nature of the site and in particular the canal corridor, due consideration. As a result the general theme for the landscape design is to provide a series of contemporary spaces which include historic references by the use and arrangement of materials such as reclaimed stone cobbles and setts.
